Welcome to the Bonsall High School Health Office! Our mission is to ensure the health and well-being of all students, enabling them to focus on their academic success.

 

Immunization Information: Bonsall High School follows California state laws for student immunizations. For more information on required vaccines, exemptions, or to learn more about immunization clinics, please visit the San Diego Immunization Branch.

 

Medication Policy: In accordance with California law, students are only permitted to self-administer Epi-Pens and asthma inhalers. All other medications, including prescription and over-the-counter medications, must be stored in the Health Office.

 

Important Medication Guidelines:

• Students are NOT allowed to carry any over-the-counter medications (such as pain relievers, cough drops, etc.).
• All medications must be accompanied by a completed Medication Authorization Form, signed by both a licensed healthcare provider and the student's parent or guardian.
• Medications will only be administered in the Health Office and must remain there during school hours.
