| 2 | Secure proof of health insurance with the student's name on it. |
| 3 | Go to: homecampus.com/login, and complete the online registration. |
| 4 | Print CIF sports physical from HomeCampus. |
| 5 | Schedule an exam with a doctor (DR, DO, NP, or PA is acceptable). Physicals are valid for 365 days. |
| 6 | Upload your insurance and physical documents. (they will be rejected if they are unreadable). |
| 7 | If you are interested in volunteering or driving, sign up here! |
*Note: "sign up" "register" and "clear" or "athletic clearance" are all similar terms.
After registration is complete, you can login at any time to view the status of your athlete and their participation on the team.
Once your athlete has been added to your account, you only need to follow steps 3-5 to register them for another sport.
